ITA Bag Rosettes

A Itai Avatar

This afternoon and tonight I made Ita Bag rosettes while watching Mona Lisa Smile.

I liked the movie. I’m always a sucker for movies about girls being friends and lifting each other up. Though it threw me off that Snow White was one of the students. Once someone plays a character in a show for a long time it’s hard for me to see them as anyone else and it takes me out of whatever movie they are in.

I also had to google if the movie was based off of the real Elizabeth Warren, but it looks like the character in the movie just happened to have the same name as the Senator Warren.

I made a ton of rosettes and I didn’t hardcore burn myself this time with the glue gun. So that makes me an expert.

The kitchen table was an absolute wreck afterwards. But it’s all been cleaned up and the kitchen is functioning again. Since I make each rosette individually, I am not too good at making duplicates, even though I know it would be faster because then I could do all the cutting at once. The problem with not making duplicates, besides taking longer, is that I have no idea how I am going to organize them on the website.

The product photos definitely need to get updated to be more professional anyway. Especially the part where I have the color options. None of the products are consistent and it makes the site look unprofessional.

The photo above is a screenshot of my the accessories page on my site as of 2/9/2025. https://www.itaibag.com/pins

I am taking a screenshot to hold me accountable for making the site look better.

So far we’ve only made one online sale. But I have faith in us as we get the website going. I really hope we do better. Jack says its nothing to worry about. That our bags are great and I designed a good quality product. He’s the best hype-man.

Since todays afternoon was dedicated to ITAI Bag, tomorrow’s will be dedicated to my day job. I started a GIS training on Friday that I want/need to finish this weekend.

Till next time
