I am exhausted from 2 days of Yumicon. The day isn’t just the 5 hours the con is actually going on. It’s the set up before, the trying to update Instagram between customers, it’s making notes of all the fashion I think is cute as 1000s of people walk by me all day… And then it’s the taking everything down, reviewing the day, and going back the next day. The whole day ends up being about 10-12 hours between everything and driving.
It was crazy fun though.
I 100% got distracted by trying to stop people walking past so I could check out their outfits and bags. I am lucky I only kinda tripped and didn’t fall over as I kept jumping from behind our booth to get a good look at some detail.
Definitely noticed all the leg warmers. Or maybe I just was hyper focused on looking or them because I’m working on a new pair. 🧶 Will post more about that later
I am going to nap, then I will finishing putting all the boxes away. The nap is definitely needed after today. I will write something more detailed about the Yumicon experience later this week.
I am bad though 😆 I didn’t tell my business partner (aka my amazing roommate) I was starting to blog again. 100% made this account on my own, as my own personal blog about starting a fashion business because I’m an 2010s girl at heart.
